嘉鸾牧师在香港长大，于1983年移民加拿大、1984年信主受洗。她的专业为电脑系统顾问，在教会参与青少年工作逾20年，自1987年开始投入Doulos音乐布道团的音乐事奉；在主的带领下于2004 年进入天道神学院接受装备；2006年毕业后，继续带职事奉，以自由传道身份协助有需要的教会，直至2015年从电脑行业提早退休﹔之后一直参与发展Stouffville的国语事工，及后成为恩泉的国语牧者。嘉鸾牧师热衷于福音宣教工作，曾到中南美洲、中东、东亚等地作短期宣教。嘉鸾牧师和夫婿耀楠牧师育有两名成年子女和四名可爱的孙儿。
Rev. Karen grew up in Hong Kong, immigrated to Canada in 1983, received Jesus and was baptized in 1984. She was a computer systems consultant by profession, a youth worker at church for over 2 decades, and has been a vocalist with Doulos Gospel Music Ministry since 1987. Called to be equipped for more effective ministries, Karen went to Tyndale Seminary in 2004. After graduating in 2006 she remained a tentmaker offering pastoral care and assistance wherever needed, until her early retirement from her IT profession in 2015. Karen was then led to help develop the Mandarin ministry of SGBC in Stouffville and later became SGBC’s Mandarin pastor. Karen is passionate about missions and evangelism and has been on short-term missions to Central & South America, the Middle East, and East Asia. Karen and her husband, Rev. Leo, have 2 adult children and 4 lovely grandsons.
