主任牧師 Senior Pastor
磐德牧師是一位勇於嘗試的探索者。他熱衷於輔助人與神之間建立親密深厚的關係，人與人之間建立互信互愛、坦誠相待的群體，又喜歡幫助人明白和回應神在他們生命中的旨意。他深信生命成長小組對孕育和培養個人生命轉化擔當著重要的角色；而當人能真正認識和親身經歷神的時候，靈命成長和門徒訓練才是真正結出果子。最能激勵磐德牧師的就是目睹人不單洞察到神在自己身上的獨特旨意，更能發揮並活出一己的潛能。此外，他更樂意按照神的旨意引導人去發掘、培育和運用每個人的屬靈恩賜和才幹。
磐德牧師在回應神的呼召作全職事奉前，他曾是一名企業家，在父親的公司擔任行政總裁及市場營運總監達十七年。在教會中不同的崗位事奉超過二十五年、全職牧養事奉十八年後，
磐德牧師是認可的屬靈導師 (Spiritual Director)，也是紐約神學教育中心及中國網絡神學院的多倫多董事會主席。磐德牧師動靜皆宜、熱愛旅遊，喜歡與家人和朋友一起透過遊歷去探索及領受各種新體驗，又非常享受與朋友坦誠交流建立的互助互信的關係；他的興趣還包括健身運動、游泳、遠足和閱讀。
磐德牧師與妻子樂翠師母現居於史托維爾小鎮 (Stouffville)。他們育有四名孩子，均已成年，
Pastor Hubert is an explorer at heart, passionate about guiding others on their journey to a deeper relationship with God and with one another in authentic community, and helping others listen and respond to God’s still small voice in their lives. He strongly believes that the conditions for life transformations are in small groups and that spiritual growth and discipleship is the most fruitful when people know and experience God in a personal way. He also loves guiding people in discovering, developing and deploying their spiritual gifts and talents according to God’s will.
Hubert was an entrepreneur, working in his father’s company as CEO & Director of Marketing for 17 years before responding to God’s call for full time ministry. With over 25 years of experience in lay ministry and 17 years in pastoral ministry, he recently completed his research on "Exploring the Impact of Spiritual Friends in the Pursuit of God" and received his Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation with Tyndale University College and Seminary, located in Toronto, Canada.
Hubert is a qualified spiritual director and serves as the Toronto Board Chair of the New York Theological Education Center and China Online School of Theology. He loves travelling the world, exploring new experiences with his family and friends, and enjoys conversations with friends over great meals. His hobbies include going to the gym, swimming, hiking, and reading.
Hubert resides in Stouffville with his wife, Bernice. They have four grown up children Tianne, Jonathan, Christine, Tiffany, and son-in-law, Yam Ki as well as daughter-in-law, Marijke.
