恩泉新組織架構及教會章程修訂建議：
恩泉新組織架構的建議及因應新組織架構而提出的教會章程修訂，已於第三季會友大會中與會友分享。相關的新組織架構及教會章程已發送給會友閱覽。
如對該提案有任何問題或意見，您可透過以下方式提出：
- 於 10 月 15 日前，電郵至 Maggie Kwok (maggiekwok@stouffvillegrace.ca) 或 Renee Tsoi (reneetsoi@stouffvillegrace.ca)；
- 於 10 月 5 日或 12 日，將問題或意見投入設於教會接待處的 「章程修訂與新組織架構」收集箱；
- 於 10 月 15 日前透過手機程式提供的 線上表格📝提交問題或意見。
我們鼓勵所有會員踴躍提出意見，以共同推進這些重要的修訂。
A consultation session on the "Proposed New Organizational Structure and Bylaw Revisions for SGBC" will be held on October 19, following the Sunday worship service, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall. Please register at the reception on October 5 or 12 or through the online form here📝.
Proposed New Organizational Structure and Bylaw Revisions for SGBC:
The proposal for the new organizational structure and the corresponding revisions to the SGBC bylaws were presented during the third quarter members’ meeting. The details of the new organizational structure and bylaws have been distributed to members for their review.
If you have any questions or comments regarding the proposal, you may:
- Email Maggie Kwok (maggiekwok@stouffvillegrace.ca) or Renee Tsoi (reneetsoi@stouffvillegrace.ca) by October 15;
- Submit your questions/comments into the collection box labeled “Bylaw Revisions and New Organizational Structure” at the church reception on October 5 or 12;
- Or submit your questions/comments online via this form available on the church app📝 by October 15.
We encourage all members to provide their input as we move forward with these important revisions.
